  • Yes! We bring our own supplies. Our team comes fully equipped with all the cleaning products and tools needed to make your home sparkle. If you have special requests for specific products, we ask that you provide them for our team to use.

  • We send the right number of cleaners based on the size of your job. Typically, we send one cleaner, but for larger jobs, we can send a team of two or more to ensure a thorough and efficient clean.

  • Nope! You don’t need to be home while we clean. Just leave us a key or access instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you'd prefer to be there, we’re happy to work around you—just give our cleaners space to do their thing!

  • We love pets! Please let us know if you have furry friends when you book. We kindly ask that your pets are in a kennel or confined to a specific area while we clean, if possible.

  • We only use quality cleaning products because your health matters to us. If you require specific products for your home, just let us know before our visit. For vacuums, we’re happy to use your personal vacuum, especially if it’s an in-home line ("central-vac"), but if you don’t have one, don’t worry—we’ll bring ours!

  • We get it—life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll adjust our schedule accordingly.

    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, and if it's less than 24 hours, the full cost of the scheduled cleaning will be charged.

  • Our rates are designed around the size of your space and the services you need. Whether you're looking for a one-time deep clean or recurring visits—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—we deliver reliable, high-quality results every time. We also offer add-ons like appliance cleaning and extra time for areas that need more attention.
